My friend Tiffany had a post several months ago that inspired me to begin putting things within reach for my youngest.
With my older two kids I rocked at this. My home really looked kid centered, and it was. {Lots of primary colors and everything was labeled} Then we had a big gap between our middle child and youngest and I kind of forgot how excited children get about helping and doing ‘grown up chores’.
Today I took literally TWO minutes to set up a little dishes station in a lower cupboard.
I purposely left the drinking glass in the tall cupboard out of reach because this sweet one LOVES to fill glasses to the brim, and momma doesn’t want to worry about that.
So that’s my QUICK TIP, inspired by Tiffany. Keep things your little ones can do/help with, within reach.
