Here is the Weird But True board game that I shared about over on my Insta stories. I love that it gets the kids thinking and learning but still feels 100% like a game! This was a gift to our children. Our relatives pick out the best games!
Board Games are up to 40% off right now. Here are some that we either have, or would like to add to our collection.
I actually have a list that includes some of our favorite games. You can view that by CLICKING HERE.
Lock Laces aren’t just for runners, they’re great for parents too! My husband and I like them in our tennis shoes, but especially appreciate putting them in our children’s shoes to help us get out the door a little quicker. No more nasty laces being trampled on and needing to be retied on the go.
I love keeping an extra Echo Dot around so I snagged GREAT this deal. You can use this for setting timers, making announcements to other Echo devices in the house, playing music, asking questions (“Alexa, how do you spell SURPRISE?“) It’s a versatile unit! Mr. Awesome liked having it in the garage while he was putting up shiplap on the walls. I actually picked up the bundle with the smart plug. I have no idea where I’ll use it yet, but it was only an extra $5. We LOVE smart bulbs too and that’s another option to pair with this dot. “Alexa, turn off the hutch lights”.
Instant Pot has some great deals featured today. Am I crazy for wanting to get another 3 quart? I hardly ever use my stovetop anymore. I cook all my rice, chicken, veggies, and soup, sweet potatoes (yes, I know that’s a veggie but I eat it like it’s own food group) in my Instant Pot. I have the 3, 6, and 8qt models and they all serve their purpose and none of them ever collect dust.
Some of my favorites are:
Are you due for a new Fitbit or want to give a Fitbit scale a try? Today might be the day to buy.
Do you need a Video Doorbell? The answer is most likely yes. It’s no longer considered paranoid to have surveillance devices on residential properties, it’s a way to bring proof and justice should an offense happen on your property. It’s also a way to communicate with delivery drivers and friends/neighbors who stop by when you aren’t home. The Ring is a low budget entry-level device.
Pattern Blocks are a hit in this house.
If you’re looking for a version you can stash in your purse or diaper bag to use during down time, this one would work well:
