I’m not into working out. Well, okay, at least not in the traditional way. Elementary gym class as a kid with #erbspalsy made “exercise” a pretty traumatic thing that has taken way to long to just get over. So what I am into is gentle movements on my vibration plate, walking, and worshipping through song and dance.
I do this first thing in the morning for two reasons:
1. So I don’t get distracted by the day and make excuses.
2. I feel the warmth of the morning sun on my body through our East facing windows and imagine I’m getting a good boost of vitamin D.
You know that thing that you know you should do, but you basically put it off every single day? Try doing it first thing and getting it over with. I’m just saying, over time, you may find out you actually love it!
