Hey Everyone!
Over the weekend I did a Periscope about Amazon Prime Pantry. Apparently my replay was being wonky as usual. I’m always so bummed when that happens (Periscope Team, if you’re reading this, e-mail me and help a girl out). Anyway, here’s a SHOUT OUT & a Virtual *HIGH FIVE* to Jennifer for sending me an Instagram DM to let me know what was up. I recorded a new video for her, and all of you!
So I’m curious, have you tried out Amazon’s Prime Pantry feature yet? I genuinely love shopping in all forms; from thrift stores to garage sales to wandering the isles at Target for hours on end. Online shopping is not exempt from my shopping love.

I recorded this video to highlight a few things about Amazon Prime Pantry that I think you should know about.
If you can’t watch the video, or you don’t want to (I won’t judge you) here are the highlights.
To get to Prime Pantry you can go to “Shop by Department”
Beauty, Health & Grocery -> Then click on “Prime Pantry”
Or if you’re efficient {lazy} like me, do it the easy way and Search PRIME PANTRY where you’d normally type in an item you’re looking for.
What it is
Prime Pantry is a service through Amazon where you can buy grocery and household items at normal prices, without having to buy them in bulk. Because the box you receive will be so full and heavy you pay a $5.99 flat rate for shipping. After you get your first box, I think you’ll agree that is a totally reasonable price point.
Check the DEALS section in the top right hand corner.
Occasionally you can get your prime pantry shipping fee waived. There are a couple different ways to do this. One of the ways is through checking the deals section to see if they’re offering free shipping with purchasing a certain item (right now it is buy 4 in a certain category, get your box shipped free using a coupon code they provide for you). If you choose a slower shipping method on a normal prime order they will sometimes offer a $5.99 prime pantry credit instead of the typical $1 for movies or mp3’s that they usually offer. Isn’t Amazon just the greatest? They really are!
In the deals section you can also find COUPONS. Yes, virtual coupons that you don’t even have to cut yourself. Just click “Clip Coupon” and you can save a bundle. These range from “save .50” to “Save 25%” or sometimes even more! Some of the discounts are just nice, and some of them are really incredible; knocking items down to just about dirt cheap.
Next Monday I’ll share my top 4 LOVES about Prime Pantry.
If you order a box, I’d love to hear what you think of it. Even better, I’d love to SEE it. You can tag me in an Instagram pic! Find me there: @ASlightlyBetterWife
