Happy National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day, Friends!
Here is a super simple Peanut Butter recipe for you, if you can even call it a recipe. Maybe we should just call it a delicious ensemble? Yeah, let’s do that!
Here’s what you need:
- Peanut Butter
- Chocolate Chips (the mini ones are my favorite)
- Coconut Flakes
Do you need directions? Because I’ll give them to you if you do…
- Scoop peanut butter onto your spoon (or squeeze it on, if you’re using the handy packets of PB)
- Press in some chocolate chips
- Sprinkle with coconut
EAT & ENJOY!
I know it may not seem like much, but this is actually really filling and has become a go-to snack for Mr. Awesome and I.
We use high quality natural peanut butter, and organic coconut. The chocolate chips we splurge a little on nutrient-wise and just use what our local Aldi store carries. If you’re using them sparingly, I don’t see any problem with not buying the best quality.
