Why I Bought a Vibration Plate

I posted this picture on a whim to my Instagram. It’s me, working on my circulation and lymphatic system using a vibration plate. It wasn’t until after it hand hundreds of views and was shared by the Lifepro company that I realized I was wearing my fuzzy puppy paw socks from Aldi.

In years past this would’ve been a facepalm moment. After years of “working” social media for clients, and myself, I am enjoying just being my authentic self, and my authentic self happened to be wearing weird socks that day. Ha!
