Gluten-Free Edible Cookie Dough

A delicious spin-off of the classic cookie dough treat.  Don't bake it, just eat it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Butter (one stick)
  • 1 ½ C. of Cup4Cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ C. Brown Sugar I started with 4 TBSP, but needed to add more
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ C. Almond Milk or whatever milk you use
  • A few handfuls Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt the butter on the stovetop.

    2. Mix the flour, salt, brown sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl.

    3. Drizzle the butter over the top.  Stir all together until well incorporated.

    4. Slowly add in the milk and stir until the dough reaches your desired consistency.

    5. Sprinkle with a few handfuls of mini chocolate chips.

    6. *Celebrate Absolutely Everything, ENJOY!*

Recipe Notes

You may need to play around with the measurements a bit to get this to fit your taste buds.  That's part of the fun, don't be afraid to experiment!
